This is a typical once in a while angry verse from an upset Thirumangai Azhvaar
Unable to get Darshan of the Lord despite repeated attempts, Thirumangai says "We are here to sing praise of you and spread your name around, but you do not seem to want us".
He quips, "You live alone here, all by yourself"
and 'we shall leave without singing praise of you'.
